Availability: In stock
N° 125 - January/February 2008
As you leaf through the pages of this issue you'll find lots more ideas you can draw on for your new tattoo: tribal sun, sun and moon, the alphabet of the stars with the letters from A to Z, the lotus flower in bindi style (a Tibetan mehndi style decoration), tribal armbands, Celtic butterflies and other butterfly tattoos for the ankle, plus more tribals, drapes and rolls of parchment, shamrocks, fairies and cockerels (or roosters, as they are called in Australia and America). There are three gorgeous special sections too, dedicated to tattoo designs of dragons, angels and crowns.
Last but not least, have you ever noticed that the famous people in our VIP Tattoo section have been specially chosen, not just because they have tattoos but because their tattoos relate to the tattoo designs illustrated in the same issue? Well, in this issue of VIP Tattoo there are two male singers with a tribal sun tattoo on their shoulder: Daryl Hall, a talented and respected songwriter, as well as one half of the well-known duo Hall & Oates and the young Nick Carter, a member of Backstreet Boys, who also has a gorgeous tribal armband. There are three women too: the singer and actress Christina Milian has a trail of little stars on her hip; Cheryl Tweedy (singer with Girls Aloud) and the actress Lena Headey both have a very common tattoo among women, the butterfly, brilliantly personalised both in terms of the design and the position on the body; Headey also has a beautiful lotus flower on her back.
