Order payments should be done not later than December 21st, 2017, in order to ensure the delivery before Christmas holidays.

1.How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Your goods will be delivered within 5 working days anywhere in Italy - except for the islands, which require 2 extra days - from receipt of payment for the order. Deliveries abroad will be made within 8 working days following receipt of payment for the order.

Can I change my order?


You may adjust your order for any reason and at any time before the goods have been dispatched. Simply send an email to support@ideatattoo.com, with the subject “Change to order”. Remember to indicate the reference number of the order as well as the items you wish to change and how you wish to change them.

You may cancel your order for any reason and at any time before the goods have been dispatched. All you have to do is send an email to support@ideatattoo.com, with the subject “Order cancellation”. Remember to indicate the reference number of the order as well as the items you wish to cancel.

What happens if an item I have ordered is unavailable?


It is possible that some products turn out to be unavailable if they are sold out or temporarily unavailable. If this is the case, you will be informed of the problem by email and the unavailable item will be cancelled automatically from your order. If any other products are included in the same order they will be dispatched immediately. The cost of the unavailable items will be automatically deducted from the total when the order is registered and you will be reimbursed.

7.Are credit card payments secure?

Of course! You can be confident with your credit card payments as these are carried out through PayPal. Transactions use a secure connection and the system is security certified by SSL. Thanks to the new PayPal Pro, you no longer need to be registered in order to make a payment. For further info see PayPal.

How do I request an invoice?

To request an invoice you must fill in the appropriate invoice section on the order form. Your invoice will be delivered after the order has been sent (maximum 2 months). For further information see How to place an order

What should I do if the delivery is delayed?

You can track your order online through each phase of the order and delivery process by accessing your profile on our website www.ideatattoo.com. If you need assistance write to support@ideatattoo.com, indicating your order number and we will solve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible. Remember to write “Delivery delay” in the subject box of your email.

11.What should I do if an item is damaged?

If you receive a damaged item please write to support@ideatattoo.com within 10 (ten) working days of receipt of the item. Remember to write “Damaged item” in the subject box of your email and describe the the damage. We will reply and do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible.

12.What is your policy for returns and refunds?

It is possible to ask for a refund within 14 (fourteen) calendar days; see point 5 of the sales conditions for a specification of when this period begins. You may communicate your decision to return your goods in the following ways:
a) fill in the refund form, part B of which is in appendix 1 of the legislative decree N°21 dated 21st February
or
b) send us a specific communication indicating your decision to withdraw from the contract

If you intend to withdraw from the contract you must give prior notice by sending an email to  support@ideatattoo.com communicating your decision to ask for a refund (indicate “Returns” in the email subject box) and send the undamaged, complete goods well wrapped to:

We recommend you return the goods by ensured or certified post or else by private courier.
NB: GOODS (EG: CDs, VHSs, DVDs) WITH THE COPYRIGHT SEAL (SIAE) DAMAGED OR WILL INCOMPLETE ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

After we receive the returned goods, you will be reimbursed by bank transfer; for this reason you must inform us of your bank details (IBAN, name of bank, account number and SWIFT-BIC code) by sending an email to support@ideatattoo.com either before or at the same time as sending us the package.

The amount paid for the goods will be reimbursed within 14 days of receipt of your intention to withdraw from the contract. If you decide to return goods, the delivery charges will be your responsibility. Furthermore, anything not covered here is subject to the regulations detailed in article 52 and successive of the above mentioned legislative decree N°21 dated 21st February.

Not admissible for returns and refunds: according to article 59, letters i), l) and o) of legislative decree n°5 dated 6th September 2005, as modified by legislative decree n°21 dated 21st February 2014, the customer may not exercise the right to withdrawal in the following situations:
if sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software has been opened following delivery;
if the goods are newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of contracts relative to subscriptions to such publications;
if the goods are digital content acquired electronically and without a hard copy, if use has begun with the specific agreement of the consumer to the condition that in this case the refund policy would not apply. After we receive the returned goods, you will be reimbursed by bank transfer; for this reason you must inform us of your bank details (IBAN, name of bank, account number and SWIFT-BIC code) by sending an email to  support@ideatattoo.com either before or at the same time as sending us the package.

13.When I click on my shopping cart to add a product I get a message saying that my cart is empty

It is likely that your internet browser has some cookie restrictions activated which are causing this problem. To enable the cookies (necessary in order to complete the purchase procedure) take the following steps:
SOLUTION A (for Internet Explorer): Click on 'Tools' in the control panel then select 'Internet Options' and a window will open; from the 'General' page click on 'Temporary internet files' and 'Settings'.
A new window should appear – click on 'Update', then select 'Automatic' and confirm by clicking on 'OK' twice. Close the application and reopen before completing your purchase.
SOLUTION B: (for Internet Explorer): Click on 'Tools' in the control panel then select 'Internet Options' and a window will open; from the 'General' page click on 'Protection'. Use your cursor to set the 'Protection level' to 'Medium' and confirm by clicking on 'OK'. Close the application and reopen before completing your purchase.
