RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
What about the right to withdraw
Internet sales are subjected to law no. 185, issued 22nd may 1999, which regulates on line sales, or better to say, trades beyond a commercial place.
According to that law customer can withdraw from the contract, return the ordered items and be refunded.
This right is limited to the cusomers. Third and juridical people are excluded from that right.

LOOK OUT: DAMAGED ITEMS OR AUTHORIZED COPYRIGHT BRAND ILLEGIBILE SUCH AS:CD, VHS, DVD, WON’T BE ACCEPTED
According to article 7, paragraph 3 of the law 185, withdrawing is not possible in the following cases: a) delivery of newspapers, periodicals, magazines; b) Packed audiovisual products already opened by customer.
At the receipt of returned items, Trentini srl will provide to refund you by bank transfer. All data such as: ABI, CAB, CIN, Bank and Account number, shoud be sent together with items delivery or via e-mail to:

The refund will be within 30 days from the returned items receipt. According to low no.185 all charges have to be paied by the customer.
In addition to this, even if not specified customer is subjected to article 5 of the above mantioned law.
